Y-axis endstop not working? Solved

Post by SoupersSB » Fri Jun 08, 2018 12:36 am

It seems that my newly assembled I3 pro B cannot auto home correctly. When I auto-home on it, The heated bed goes to the end and carries on causing a grinding noise and causing the beds wing nuts to loosen, It is correctly wired up so is it just a faulty endstop or not an issue with the endstop?

EDIT: Turns out I didn't have my cables plugged into the right thing! Ha, well thanks to anyone who replied

You can do a test to check if it's the problem of endstop:

If the endstop is broken, try to contact the sales, they will help you replace a new one.

You have checked that the cables are connected in good sequence.
Maybe you mistakenly used other switch outputs?
The contact can also be of poor quality.
