Hot End (X-axis) is loose

I had to re-assemble the hot end extruder and now after re-assembly and connecting the drive belt, it appears to be a little wobbly. I don't recall it being like this before or not. Does anyone know if this is normal? It seems like it shouldn't be. Anyone have some tips to make it not wobble? I've tried tightening the belt, and the screws holding the 3 wheels are tightened. Thanks in advance
