Well it was close to solved. There is one more item the internal SD card that is on the back of the LCD. I checked and mine did not update with the firmware load. It still had the old screen. You have to remove it and place the system folder and your S bin file on it. You also have to put a config.txt file on their. After you get these steps finished you have to select 3d touch on the auto level page. It defaults to CAS. CAS is the capacitor thing. If you don't do this then the printhead will climb instead of measuring the distance from the printhead to the heat bed.

This is the Ghost internal SD card. There is no mention of it in any of the documentation.
