mismatch printing

Post by MichaelK »

after the last days i need holiday :-)

look at the picture:

You can see a printing part.

I am using a mac, win7 and win10 are running under parallels virtual machine. Onto my mac, the USB-Drivers are correct installed.
The left picture, you can see a print from EasyPrint3D over win7 with a VM to the printer directly. It is perfect work! It is a 20mm print for testing, a round circle and a box on top.

The right picture, i'm using cura at the mac-version onto the mac directly. After a few printing layer, the E180 printing postponed.
Repetier Host do that too! But it's postponed under other direction.

I've checked the correct voltage onto the drivers. All drivers using 0.955 Volt on their specific connection point.

Anybody has an idea whats happened there?

Here you can see more things.

Pos 4 and Pos 5 you can see i'am stopping the print. You see the print moved 8mm right and 8mm up and printing goes on.
A few layers later the print postponed again.

I save the original postponed file to the SD-Card, put them into the printer and printed the file again.
Look at Pos 6 whats happend

????

I'am using a virtual Maschine with Parallels onto my mac with EasyPrint3D and it works fine with the same USBtoSerial-Driver.

Whats happend here?

I'am using your profiles with repetier host, everything as before.
Same result. Only printing from SD-Card or printing with EasyPrint3D over a virtual machine working.
With repetier host i checked the gcode at printing. Nothing happened and suddenly the E180 printing postponed.

i suspect it's the communication. I tried a new better USB-Cable, but it brought no change.
