Use of Cura

EasyPrint 3D connects with my E180... but other programs can't connect with my E180..

I have trying cura but i can not connect to my printer. When i tryed i disconnected my printer from EasyPrint. I imported Profiles enz.. but it didn't help.

Hi.

which system are you using? Win or macOS® ?
I think, your system didn't get free the USB-COM Port. Restart your system and does't open EasyPrint3d and then open Cura.

- you can reinstall the FTDIUSB Driver, you find the link into the forum here.
- my Cura on macOS® doing the same once more again. You can use 'Repetier Host' to configure more details for the connection to the pc/Mac.

I have a similar problem, I can connect the printer to Easyprint 3d but I can not connect it to Cura.
Do I have to install any drivers? if yes where can I find it?
I tried to look but I did not find anything. :-(

If the printer is running with one program, it should run with the other program as well.
The problem may be the incorrect configuration of the second program.
Maybe the transmission rate is not correct. Did you choose the right port in the program configuration?
