Hello dear all,
today I started printing and when the extruder reched the center of the Y-Axis the X-Axis started to make problems. It was not moving anymore. I tryed to touch the wires on the right side of the printer and everything work fine. After restartig the print i got the same problem again. Has somebody also had a problem like this? What should I do now?

Hello.

If your printer starts working when you touch or move wires, it may be a sign of a bad wire contact.

It is therefore worth checking all connections in detail. ;)

You can refer to these at first:
1.Check your printing is finished.
If it is under printing,it won't allow you control it.
2.Try to set the factory reset and test it work or not
3.Check the wires of the printer.Maybe the wires of the motor loose
4.If you still can't control it move, you'd better check the PSU output is normal or not(12V/24)
Then you need to check the vref of the a4988 is 0.6~0.9V or not.
If you have the spare driver board, you can try to replace it then you can know the issue is the a4988 or not.

Is anyone else having problems with the gantry not staying perpendicular to the x-axis when moving along the x-direction. It is as if one motor goes faster than the other and the whole thing gets cockeyed and stalls out. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for your help!
