To be honest with you, I just recently started calling my employees to make my work easier and discuss all the working moments, and I can tell you that I have never conducted a video conference and wanted to find a convenient service for them, so today I tried this

https://www.digitalsamba.com/api software. So perhaps this is what you are looking for too. We didn't order it straight away, but beta-tested it first. So you can do the same if you wish. But you don't think that the best software will be 100% free, do you?
