Hi OK I will try and explain
Go to bottom left corner and click on the Windows icon with the RIGHT hand button
Move up to DEVICE Manager and click on it (Left Button)
In the list you will find Ports (COM & LPT)
Double click on it Second offering will appear (USB serial port (COM 3) A new page will open.
Now click on ADVANCED just below A new window will come up
You will see your com port number Click on the little arrow and choose your new comport.
Remember to click on OK (Other wise you have wasted your time)
You will go back to your previous wind.
For your 301 the Bits per second should be set to 115200 and the Flow Control should be set to NON
Click OK again
You will go back to the previous screen . There you will see your new com port.
Sometime windows will want a restart but this is not often. Close Device manager
Good luck

Thanks for your help, I changed speed 9600 to 115200 Bits per second, and it is accelerated. Thank you again :D
