Missing part in new DIY kit - Geeetech not replying

Post by Yutenji » Sat Aug 17, 2019 2:54 pm

I have just started assembling my DIY Prusa I3 purchased from geeetech and there is a part missing.
I have sent email to geeetech and also submitted form via the support webpage, but no reply!

What other channels can I use to get some assistance?

I have already tried to contact Sales AND Technical support. There is no reply.

This is my first experience with geeetech, and it is very, very bad so far.

Hello.
:mrgreen:

If you have not purchased directly from GT, please contact your dealer.
That's the procedure.
On the forum I help to use the rod, I don't give fish.
Geeetech Prusa I3 M201 Dual extruder Mixcolor 3D printer, bought 2017-12-19, already built, in the cognitive and improvement phase
Geeetech filament, ABS only
Geeetech 3D WiFi Module for 3D Printer, bought 2018-04-15, He got a new life, and still lies in a drawer.
Positively frenzied customer of Getech Technology.

Hi, You can contact your sales for reissue;

If you bought it from an agent, you need to contact yourself;

If you are buying from here,
please provide the method of purchase, order number, email address, and the parts you need to reissue.

I hope this can help you.
