Is there any way i can find out if Geeetech PLA filament I purchase on eBay is genuine?

I get poor print quality and layer adhesion from 1 particular spool, all other Geeetech filament i use prints fine. It was delivered to me with a broken seal so the bag was not air tight. I am not convinced it is even a genuine Geeetech Filament. I got it from a seller on eBay...

Maybe that one is not packaged or stored properly.
You can directly contact the eBay seller, they will deal with it.
