GT2560 Only work with USB plugged in

Post by FrancYescO » Thu Nov 02, 2017 7:17 pm

i recently bought a i3 Pro W but from the first run the LCD does not turn on, only the fans start spinning and a green led turn on on the board, the only way to get it working (and to get the printer working) is to connect the USB power (to a PC or a simply USB charger)

here a video of the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=___bmnzfczk

someone have a tip for fix the issue (i assume is something broken on the motherboard) and get the printer working standalone?

It seems not enough power supply for the mainboard. You should test the voltage in power supply(normal is 12V) :
