Hello, again...
The first thing I´ve done tonight just arriving home was clean extruder nozzles as explained in this forum. Then I try to print the lock ring again using the best quality PLA that I could find in Madrid. Please look the videos and the final result pic.

By the way. I almost have solved the growls issue. I have modified tensioners and put new belts.

The filament is not coming out. How about drop down the temperature to 200 for PLA? And when you manually control the extruder, could the filament come out fluently?

Good morning.

I have try to extrude manually @ 200º, 210º 220º in all cases the filament doesn't come out. First of all I've try to clean any jam in the nozzles following the video in the forum. Then I've try to print first using extruder 1 and then the same printing using extruder 2 with the same result.

Could the motor turn without the filament plugging in? If not, then check the motor or motor driver.
If it turns, then how about adjust the screw on the extruder? maybe it too tight or too loose for the filament to come through.

The 2 motors are working fine. If I click on extrude or retract buttons on repetier without the guide tube inserted in hotend the filament run in and out perfectly. I tried to clean again the nozzles. In the tutorial video when the guy press with the metal rod into the hotend, a very thin of filament comes out from the nozzle. In my case only gets out little balls rolling itself. Completely different than video tutorial.

Is your guide tube too long? and tighten the screw of the extruder motor a little more.

The guide tube is almost staright when the hotend is near the bed. I will try to tight the screw and send you a video or a picture.

Hi Mark.
I think I know whats happening with the hotend.

I have unmount the hotends to clean and extrude manually. Before unmount I have been watching the nozzles with 8X magnifying glass. I can't see the nozzle hole, It seems like the nozzle doesn't have hole. After unmount an take out a huge piece of melted PLA from the black part of the hotness I have mount again, heat the extruder to 220º and tried to push manually the filament into the hotend. As you can see in the attached pics the melted PLA gets out by the sides between nozzle and black plastic part, and I can assure that it was screw very tight. Please tell me what can I do.
