I have a problem with my new Geeetech pro C. There is no "new harder" label on my laptop. There are also 2 rows of squares on the screen. I checked the power of the screen, that's 4.98 Volts. What's the problem?

Thanks for the quick reply, how do I sign up if my usb cable does not respond at all. I noticed that the x-axis motor slightly grew.
