LCD 2004 problem

Got the nice Smart controller 2004 LCD and Megatronics 2.0 but can't get the programming knob to work.
Everything else works well and i got perfect readouts from the display!

When i push the encoder knob the buzzer beeps once and meny opens next level, but when i turn the knob nothing happens.
I can't navigate to anything else...
When I push the knob again I just comes back to the start menu.

I have set the "#define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_SMART_CONTROLLER" in the configuration.h, is there anything else i have to edit to make it work?
Does the SD slot work on the smart controller with Megatronics or am I forced to use the one on the Megatronics board?

Please help me get the programming wheel to work on this nice LCD controller!
