Bad crafted parts

Delta Rostock Mini G2 with GT2560

bolt cannot hold rod firmly because rod-end bearing holder is longer for about 1mm. This happened for all rod-end bearing holders

it is not about rod nut. it is about rod-end bearing holder which is longer than bearing hole, see cross section:

I am new just getting into 3D printing and got a G2S. Joining this forum to get information and advice. I didn't see further reply from Geeetech on this. I got the same problem and I cut off 1mm at one end of the bearing.

It's not a cheap solution, but I ordered 6 packs of these: 6 x 8 x 0.2mm shims.

I put 5 of them (for 1mm) on each rod-end bearing holder before putting on the rod-end. When the screw is tightened there is no more slop and it doesn't interfere with the range of motion of the rods.
