A30T troubles

Hello,

I'm having troubles with my new a30T. Frist print well after intstalling it as in the manual. But second print a disaster : printerhead full of pla and print messed up. Everything cleaned up.
But now : printer does not go to home but instead goes whole the way right and does not stop. it keeps running againt the end. Secondly bedplate goes whole the way to the beginning and does not stop neither. 3D touch is responding in the menu but when I push the measure button, plate goes whole the way to beginning an printerhead whole the way to the right. Not the home position.
I connected to cpc to see if it is responding in repetier, I can connect to printer but cannot control it.
In the serial port its well present.

I searched in the forum but nothing simular.
I suppose I've to reflash the firmware ? Anyone can help me.
I'm out of ideas.

Hi, Do you calibrate 3d touch,
Can you provide specific videos?

same for me, bad firmware, you have reset firmware and after all axis inverter? invert all moto cable in mainboard

i have many many many problem with this printer (extruder replaced 2 defective, 1 motor replaced defective, 3D touch not give 2X same value, bed non planar, fanduct always on, impossible to stop.

its a bad printer, bad firmware

mix menu not translated

For the moment I set the correct values with smart motor tool. Tomorrow going to do test print.
Any one has to config files for this printer for Easyprint 3D and ultimaker cura? And also slicer slic3r profiles? I working on mac and no cura engine in repetier mac.

I'm still having problems with this printer. 3d touch give indeed not always same value. When moving to home, the axe of the 3d touch has bend and it flickers all the time.
I've to replace this.

I am having the same troubles! And now I need the original firmware since the printer is dead and I can't find the original firmware anywhere! Support has not responded to me in 4 days
