Hello.
In the firmware for the I3 Pro B there is an error so that I can not upload the file to my printer. I use the Arduino software version 1.8.5
Would it be possible that one cares about this issue and informs me as soon as the firmware goes again?

Error code :
exit status 1
using typedef-name 'fpos_t' after 'struct'

The error is in the SdBaseFile.h file
looks like a version incompatibility error
what version of marlin is it as arduino 1.8.5 works with 1.1.8 but not older marlin.

I downloaded an older version of Arduino and that was it. So the firmware versions of the I3 Pro B which are in the forum above are not compatible with the current version of Arduino. Maybe someone can update the firmware to match the current Arduino software

nobody works on the old firmware anymore its been unsupported for a long time try using marlin 2.0 if you want the current version of marlin as well as arduino.

I have one of the first Acrylic I3 ProB printers and my hotend now heats 35-40 degrees higher that it's set for. I've changed thermistors twice with no joy - so swapped boards thinking it was the firmware. But the the problem with hotend is still there, and the new board must be for the T8 rods (mine has the M10's) - the Z just crawls a couple inches and stops. I don't know how to set it - the LCD 'load' and 'save' features reset after power down.
Do you have the old version of firmware available or can tell me how to check set this. I have gone over the Arduino thread but guess I am not smart enough. :shock: I use this printer every day and miss it. I hope you can help

is it possible to get Marlin 1.1.9 for the Pro W? Or at least a list of the values that have to be changed in the original firmware?

My new i3 pro c firmware x axis needs to be inverted so I opened the firmware changed x from false to true click verify and I get an error.

Arduino: 1.6.7 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Mega or Mega 2560, ATmega2560 (Mega 2560)"

Build options changed, rebuilding all
sketch\temperature.cpp: In function 'void manage_heater()':

temperature.cpp:665: error: unable to find a register to spill in class 'POINTER_REGS'

}

^

temperature.cpp:665: error: this is the insn:

(insn 98 97 100 4 (set (reg/v:SF 103 [ pid_input ])

(mem:SF (post_inc:HI (reg:HI 146 [ ivtmp.209 ])) Tutuapp 9Apps ShowBox [4 MEM[base: _110, offset: 0B]+0 S4 A8])) sketch\temperature.cpp:449 99 {*movsf}

(expr_list:REG_INC (reg:HI 146 [ ivtmp.209 ])

(nil)))

sketch\temperature.cpp:665: confused by earlier errors, bailing out

exit status 1
unable to find a register to spill in class 'POINTER_REGS'

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
enabled in File > Preferences.

What is the problem?
