Hi all
I'm a newbie in the world of 3d printing.
I have recently put together my geeetech i3 pro b with gt2560 board.
The extruder is making a clicking sound wheb printing. The noise is more noticeable on the infill I would say.
I have put a video on YouTube to show the issue and some settings on computer.
I have taken the extruder apart and made sure there is not clogs.
Put washers under the spring on the feeder. Above 3mm. This has helped grip the pla.
Increased the board for the extruder to 1.1v using meter.

Any ideas what could be wrong and how to resolve ?
Problems with extruder
Re: Problems with extruder
1.You should clean the nozzle with the ejector pin
2.Set the correct temp of nozzle(PLA:180C~210C,ABS:230C-260C)
3.Calibration the pid value
4.Replace the nozzle thermistor with a new one
