problem extruder prusa i3 pro b

hello guys,i just finished to assembly my prusa i3 pro b ,but i 'm not yet able to print,the extruder seems to extrude too filament since from the first layer,i've already levelling heatbed and extruder with different values 0,5/0,6 ecc without results,i've also setting z offset and rectraction in repetier host and tried with abs first and then pla but i get always the same issue
please anyone know how i can fix this problem and finally get my first print
