geeetech prusa I3 x extruder not heating up

I have a prusa I3 x and i cannot get the extruder to heat up. It doesnt go past 32 degrees celcius.

hi,please see if those three red toward heating cable connector leds are lighted up or not.
Manually heat up the hotbed and extruders, if the LED lights under the hotbed and extruder slot are lighted up, then the mosfet that controls the heating is good. next,please measure the resistance of two end of heating cable,it's resistance is about 3.6 ohms.

i dont see any red leds lighting up and i have 3.3 ohms across the heating cables. before i was able to manually heat the hotbed up but not the extruder. now neither will do anything.

hi, there's two places to check:
1) you have connected the extruder heating wire to the wrong place, it should be the first one;
2) the thermistor of the extruder1 is open circuit, please check the wires, see if not correct connected
