Prusa I3 Pro B Acrylic Z Axis issues ..!!

Post by miguelpikons1 » Fri Dec 27, 2019 3:27 pm

Hello guys,

yesterday i've juste finished to build my prusa I3 Pro B Acryclic, X and Y Axis work well but ...µ

...it's not the same for the Z axis ...

Nothing's moving, I can ear the step motor trying tu turn but it look like it's stuck somewhere ...

Any ideas ?

:D Hi, If it refers to the z-axis not moving properly,

You can check the following:

1. Whether the z-axis screw is bent, if it is bent, it will need to be replaced;

2. Whether the coupling is installed correctly;

3. Whether the left and right z-axis are at the same horizontal line, if not, they need to be adjusted;

4. Whether the brass nut installation is too tight, you can try to adjust it.

For specific operations, you can refer to: http://geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=82&t=60931

I hope this can help you.
