Acrylic Prusa I3 pro B motor move only one direction

Post by roadster » Sat Mar 28, 2015 12:00 am

Hello i have built the new Acrylic Prusa I3 pro B 8mm with mega 2560, Ramps 1.4 and A4988 drive motor, but the motor move only in one direction (the side of limit switch) I have tested the limit switch and is work good, when the axe hit the limit switch on the 2004 LCD i see endstop hit : (X Or Y Or Z) but all motor don't move to other direction ( X go only to left, Y go only to back, and Z go only to down) the same if a use the LCD 2004 botton or my Pc to move Axe. Somebody can help me :?: Thank

All 3 motors have got the same problem. They move only in one direction (even when i home them) and they move in short distance . Actually they move in reverse direction but only one short time and they stop. No action.

Have you got all the three endstop connected to the right slots(X_min,Y_min,Z_min) on the board?

Yes. First time it moves only in one direction then i can reverse it but for one short distance. And when i home it all three motors they move towards endstop switches but they move short distance and stop.
