MeCreator 2 can't print delicate parts

Hello!
I own a MeCreator 2 and it worked just fine until I tried to print a figure of a fox. Most of it printed out fine exept for the ears. I've included an image so you can see how the ears look like. I've tried using Cura and Slic3r in Repetier Host. I hope someone can tell me which settings I should change so I can print these objects normally.
