Extruder stopped feeding HELP !!!!!!

Post by Ron1234 » Wed Jul 05, 2017 2:06 pm

I have a Geeetech I 3 pro B printer with" GT2560 rev A" circuit board.
All was working well. Then during a print the Extruder stopped feeding the filament.
I have tried the Extruder motor and it works when power is put to it.
I have changed the wiring cable with a new one and it still doesn't work.
I have changed the 4988 board and adjusted the voltage but still does not work.
I have reloaded the firmware but still does not work
So now I am at a dead stop, I don't what else to do !
Can anyone help please :(

Everything seems to run well but the extruder, the reason causing feed failing may be lacking of enough pressure in the extruder, here is the detailed way to drop the problem out.

-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.

Ok I guess I did not explain enough on my first post
I have the Extruder motor lying beside the printer all hooked up and ready to work.
I start the printer as normal and let it heat up and then start printing (with out any filament in the hot end ) and because the fan and cooling block are not connected you can see the gear on the motor and even though the printer thinks it is printing the gear on the extruder is not turning at all
