Getting weird printing pattern on my Acrylic I3

Hi all, I just got a printer that was preassembled and got everything up and running this weekend. After troubleshooting a few smaller problems and installing the appropriate software on my computer, I thought I was ready to start printing! Unfortunately, something seems to be wrong with my printer. I tried printing a simple sample box to illustrate what is happening. http://imgur.com/a/GnhL4 I double checked all the wiring and it all looks fine, the next step that I'm thinking of is trying to re-flash the board. Has anyone experienced this before are can anyone help a noobie out?

It's really weird.I think you need to re-download the firmware to check.Taking some videos about the working process if it's still the same.
