M201 Extruder Nozzel

Post by Kimbleos » Sun Oct 02, 2016 4:09 am

Nothing will flow through my extruder nozzel. I have cleaned the tubes and taken the nozzel apart and cleaned out what I can. Is there a solvent I can use to dissolve whatever is blocking the flow? Where can I buy another extruder nozzel?

The problem was in the build, not getting the tubes fully seated in the hot end, so the filament melted just enough to plug things up. Fixed this by taking everything apart and putting the tubes to where they were at the proper location and them putting everything back together, not letting them move in the process. I found it was almost impossible for me to know the tubes were where they belonged just following the assembly instructions. Unit feeds filaments correctly now.
