mise a jour firmware impossible

Post by flashlinker » Sat Feb 01, 2020 11:39 pm

bonjour

Hi,If the USB is inserted but the serial port cannot be generated automatically, you need to install the serial port manually. You can download it from the official website, and then download the corresponding hex-format firmware from the official website, and use the firmware toolkit to upload it.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
-Respect others is the best way you can get help!

Salut,

Did you select the proper board on arduino?

I encourage you to try to download Marlinv2 using VScode, I just did it, pretty straightforward and worked like a charm.

https://github.com/Vertabreak/Marlin

1. install VScode
2. in VSCode install the PlatformIO IDE add-on using the extensions button, restart vscode
3. open your marlin folder
4. Adjust the settings on Start_Here.h

My settings for stock A20M:
#define GTA20 // A20 & Variants - tested
#define STOCK // Enable A4988 on all drivers (stock drivers)
#define CYCLOPS // Enable Cyclops 2 in 1 - Physical Motor Control
#define TOUCHPROBE // Enable Bltouch Type Probe

Save!

Then try compiling using the link in the bottom blue bar.
Then upload using button on the same bar.
