How about right-click it and choose to run as administrator? or you can run it in your administrator account.

In fact, the hot bed part on board is easily to brun out, you'd better not do a long time printing job.

I think your Y aixs endstop might be open circuit, check the connection between the metal parts on the endstop
and the wires, see if there a bad contact. Or have you plugged it in the wrong connector?
