Try this gcode. It is simple, fast and tiny print, without cleaning of nozzle. For printing with buckle, see my profile. ABS of course, 340 E-steps!

It could be other thing - it could be due bad fittings od loose PTFE tube.

But Geeetech all metal feeder is not geared "titan" extruder, but MK8 only... Geared Titan have much better finish of walls than "direct drive" feeders of course. But CR offer for $12 dual drive feeder which is not geared, but seems good - probably with bigger current it will work good. Have it orde...

When I was something like this problems, then already was problem with gcode (SD card removed too early), not with printer firmware alone. Check your gcode in text editor it there are not binary blocks. Possibly it could be EMC problem, so there are one easy half- and one full solution. 1. add 100nF...

I was print 4 different and at one made very hard after-print customizations of lever and extruder anti-jamming nozzle to fit. Extruder lever is very weak part on all Ax0M printers. Print your own with second extruder, but you need filament blocked in bad extruder otherwise you block extruder.
