Re: Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro C - Impressions and Videos

I printed a PSU cover to enhance the electrical security of the power supply: https://modellbauhuette.dettenbachtal.de/3d-druck/anschlussabdeckung-fuer-geeetech-i3-pro-b-pro-w-3d-drucker/ This was the first print, looks quite good. https://modellbauhuette.dettenbachtal.de/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/...

PSU cover for GtI3 Pro B/C/W/X Printer

Hello, as You know, the Geeetech PSU is not very safe. It doesn't follow european rules for electrical security. Therefore, I'm thinking about to use the PC PSU of my Personal PC to power the Geetech Prusa i3, too. The maximum power consumption of the Geeetech i3 Prusa should be 180W. This is, what ...

EasyPrint 3D

Hi,
I received the WiFi Module last week. Will make first test prints this week, after the new extruder is mounted on our Geeetech i3 C Pro.

Are there some experiences?
Version 1.011 is the latest one?

Regards,
Moritz

Re: Feeder rattles - enhancement possible

I just bought the parts which transport the filament. So, the stepper motor and the heat nozzle remain the same.

Re: Feeder rattles - enhancement possible

I received the first (right hand) extruder with adjustable filament pressure. The extruder for left hand side has the wrong diameter for the nozzle, therefore I have to buy another extruder for the left hand side.

Not yet finally assembled, will be continued ...

Re: Feeder rattles - enhancement possible

Hi,
I will test other filament feeder, which allow to adjust the pressure between the gear wheel and the role, where the filament is feeded by the stepper drive.

With this and a better feeding, I hope the problems will be solved. I will report here as soon as I have received the new parts.

Feeder rattles - enhancement possible

Hello, I have always the problem.that the feeder starts to rattle and the feeder doesn't transport the filament. I realized there is no possibility to adjust the pressure of the feeder wheel. But I've seen other feeders with such an adjustment screw. Is it possible to modify the MK8 extruder with ad...

What do you mean with "verf"?

I can't find this word in the dictionary.

Re: External Heatbed Hotbed Mosfet Module

Very interesting,
I heard about this, because the i3 Pro C board needs really very long to heat up to 90 degree Celsius.

Re: Extruder Clicking

I have this sometimes, too. But it was always the reason, that the filament wasn't really pushed down into the nozzle. It is a bit difficult to feed the fimaent into the extruder in the correct way.
