hot end fan (pwn-fan) is controled by g-code.so it's running according to the code.

hi,could you tell me your printer type?
if it is I3 PRUSA,those endstop wires should be connected x-min ,y-min ,z -min slot.
and there is no difference of Fan 1, Fan 2 and Fan 3 .but pwm fan is for turbofan which is used to cool nozzle.

hello,shiva.your z axis appears to not move smothly.you can try to adjust those screws of 2 z-axis.it seems that the z axises are getting a little stuck.
