They roll without wobbling on a glass table....seems to be related to the metal holders...the might not be straight ...will disassemble and check...

Noisy brass threaded follower on Z axis
The brass nut follower on the Z rods squeal like a pig being murdered....i've tried oiling them...but still they scream....any way to stop this...?

It works fine now ....the card holder on the lcd board works fine after i swabbed it out with alcohol....some sort of film on the contacts....works great now...working on the squeaky coming from the brass threaded nuts and the threaded rod....at times the squeaking can get quite loud...

Got a issue with the SD card ... when first plugged in, it said "SD card removed".... its a M201 and has two SD card holders one on the board...one on the lcd...useing the one on the lcd it keeps giving that error...seen it work once ...said "SD card OK" hasn't worked since....doesn't matter which c...

Has any one found a solution to the offset on he Prusa I3 with the dual heads yet?...sure would like to print with both heads aligned...has firmware been developed or have you guys moved on?

As big as it gets... Ah ha ha your server doesn't allow max size on iPhone pictures 3264 x 2448...nor large at 1280 x 1280..you guys cheap out at 1000 x 1000 pixels ...in an organization that communiqués with the public...you certainly don't make it easy...yes I do chew your ass because of the lack ...

But I am quite confident in saying...that is not the correct solution, and maybe someone from Geetech should provide the correct form ware so that it works correctly...maybe

As you can see the alignment setting is not being accepted...this is your test program for dual heads abs...it didn't even go through my slicer...came straight from you guys... is there firmware upgrades to resolve this? And what do you mean by "reburning firmware"? and exactly how and when is that ...
