i'm afraid that you need to buy cables for ramps1.4+maga 2560 because some of GT2560 cable do not fit to ramps 1.4.you also need a lcd adapter.
As for firmware,just burn the firmware for ramps 1.4

just connect the bare mainboard to pc with usb cable,and check if there is still a usb series port in device manager.if it exist ,please try to reburn the fimware to the bare mainboard.

Thank you, I'd verified those two fuse, they are OK. Which other component could be burned ? When I start the restock, the LCD show only 0°C and error:MINTEMP, I've already transmit the arduino firmware successfully, I think there is a burned component betwen arduino and hotend ...
