Re: Problems whit the Software

I don't think that it is a firmware problem. The board and firmware is the same as it is for the i3 Pro B and I use the GT2650 board with i3 Pro W firmware with my i3 Aluminium: http://www.geeetech.com/forum/download/file.php?id=6275 The idler replacement part was printed with the i3 Aluminium with ...

Re: Report - Experiences (German)

Yesterday, I printed the replacement idler for my Extruder: http://www.geeetech.com/forum/download/file.php?id=6275 Now I'm ready to print with color mixing, what I tested first with transparent and white (which is not really a great show effect of course  ). Re: Still massive stringing problems with my A20m

I increased the print speed, activated wipe and reduced the E-Steps/mm. Now, it is a bit better but still not comparable to what I get with my i3 Pro C. IMG_20190502_224817_01.jpg IMG_20190502_224844_01.jpg I will now test Cura which supports Coasting, it may be a good alternative to retractiong, wh...

Re: Still massive stringing problems with my A20m

Hello Vert, very interesting, you mean these small balls? It looks like a kind of back pressure valve to prevent, that the filament is pressed from one filament feed to the other one. But, then it is very clear, why retracting doesn't work so effectively like with single hot ends. That means, that t...

Still massive stringing problems with my A20m

I modified temperature, E-Steps/mm, Filament, ... Now, the next I will try is to increase the ...

Re: Upgrade ready

I was wondering why the Display shows "Upgrade ready", but maybe, the previous owner uploaded an own made firmware.

In meantime I replaced the board of the i3 Aluminium with the GT2650 board of the i3 Pro B. That's much better and fits very good.

Hi,
You can copy it to your configuration.h file.
But I think the estep of the A20M should more than 430.
Thanks,
I will wait for the replacement gear. I don't want to compile a new firmware at the moment. Maybe later.

But thanks for the input, it is quite worthful!
