look at the picture. There are 2 small screw in good packing heater.Using hexagonal socket nut to loose the screw(look at picture 3).And then you could take out the heater strip.

maybe you connect the wire of thermistor for extruder to hotbed.Normally,the hotbed temperature is 95 celsius degree.and the extuder temperature is 180 degree for PLA.please check whether the wire of hotbed is connected correctly.

i think the heater strip was burned out,you had better to replace a new heater strip.

Please screw the screw on the driverboard in counterclockwise.Please moving just a little bit. Every time you move,you put the probe of multimer on the driver board screw and ''GND".When the voltage reach 1v,please restart the printer. if it doesn't work,you have to buy another driver board .

hi,aaronherrick.i have 2 suggestions.the first suggestion ,you could use supply power which voltage is 12v but with more power. Maybe the load of GT2560 is heavy,so the voltage drops to 8.6v.the second suggestion,if you use 24V, 15A, 360W power supply with the GT 2560,you should use the extruder ,ho...

Maybe the wire of thermistor of extruder2 is not being connected well. You check if the line of thermistor is loose.

hi,you try to check if the wire is connected correctly especially the endstop wire.Maybe the port of endstop is in poor contact.
