fan duct for A30M

Hi,

the 2 fan ducts on A30M are printed parts.
I don't like the print quality !
May be it's the cause of the stringing.

@admin, is it possible to share the STL ?

thanks.

Re: Aftersale contact because 2 mechanicals issues

After contacting the after sale :
- They send me 2 extruders gear
- Dust on 2 axis, disappear after adding silicon oil, noise too.
- the bubble on the mylar is due to the fact that the screw under the bed are not correctly mount. A new mylar is sent.

thanks.

Hi,Are you referring to the z-axis bending? You can explain the situation to your sales.
no, it's the 3D Touch rod which is bend because it was down during a print and was crashed against the print.

Re: BLTouch on A30M

unfortunately, if Gcode commands don't work, I don't know what to do.

At this moment, I straightened the rod as good as possible and I reinstall the 3D Touch.
Seems working correctly but I'm not confident; the rod is bent

BLTouch on A30M

I broken my 3D Touch from Geeetech, few days ago; pin was blocked during printing. So, I decided to buy a BLTouch (the original one from ANTCLABS). Power supply is the same 5V; wiring is correct ... same cable color, same function (see on the manuals). Brown is GND, Red is +5V, Orange is control sig...

Re: Massiv stringing at A30M

I were in the wrong direction to solve my stringing issue.

Now My parameters are 4mm, 15 mm/s for retraction speed and 250 mm/s for speed travel.

No need to have high speed for retraction or a huge retraction length.
A the opposite, a high transport speed is required.

Hi,
If z is moving in the opposite direction, you need to change the direction of operation.
:D POWER OFF / ON solve the issue.
fortunately, it's not often.
