thanks for the quick response, i adjusted the coupling as show in the thread and tuned the power of the drivers and now it's printing supper accurately (after half an hour of tuning)

hi, i have assembled the I3 Pro w over the weekend, and initially all tree axis had problem (both X/y strap werent tight enough, quick fix) but i'm still struggling with the Z axis torq, i tried fiddle with the placement of the flexible coupler but i never get it to run smootly. it just kind of try ...
