Thanks for the input! I've re-leveled the bed and used Slic3r this time (same settings). How to resolve the too-fat-issue? The extrusion width is set to auto, should I set it to a manual value? Thanks. My replacement part came, but I'm using the old one with hairspray for now.. just still curious if it's okay to use the ethanol/2-propanol solution to clean the Superplate..?

Hi all, soo.. after going through several iterations of 3D printers, I finally found a cheap one that prints with nice quality and has open source firmware: the A10.
