i reinstalled the firmware and it still prints way too high, its still perfectly calibrated

Z axis on the Aluminum prusa i3 is moving extreemly slow.

I just updated the firmware on my prusa i3 and now another problem has appeared (which is the norm for me now) the z axis moves extreemly slow and half the distance, I believe have to re update the firmware but i cant find where it would be.

Oh god not again one of my earlier problems was the stepper motors for the z was reversed (+ would go down - up) and I tryed for a good couple of weeks and couldn't get it to upload (error message i cant remeber) so instead I just snipped the wires and reversed them, is there any other way?

So ive completely calibrated my aluminum prusa i3 (nozzle at as it can go while still allowing the movement of a piece of paper) but my prints still don't come out looking like anything close to what they should look like. I have a motor/endstop problem the endstop when pressed will stop the motor from moving up instead of down, im not sure if its the motor of the z axis thats moving the wrong way or the z stopper is programmed the wrong way.
