i reinstalled the firmware and it still prints way too high, its still perfectly calibrated

But the pi3 pro is for the dual extruder is it not?

I just updated the firmware on my prusa i3 and now another problem has appeared (which is the norm for me now) the z axis moves extreemly slow and half the distance, I believe have to re update the firmware but i cant find where it would be.

Oh god not again one of my earlier problems was the stepper motors for the z was reversed (+ would go down - up) and I tryed for a good couple of weeks and couldn't get it to upload (error message i cant remeber) so instead I just snipped the wires and reversed them, is there any other way?

I have a motor/endstop problem the endstop when pressed will stop the motor from moving up instead of down, im not sure if its the motor of the z axis thats moving the wrong way or the z stopper is programmed the wrong way.
