Re: Rostock 301 Z Probe?
Well, it is over a year since this thread was started and still no news from Geeetech beyond "sorry that ,still on processing" regarding adding auto leveling to the Rostock 301. Forgvn77 created a mount for the BLTouch Sensor for the 301 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2389034). In this example, ...

Re: Rostock 301 head drops to bed on emergency stop
René, I checked the voltages for the six stepper motors and they were all around .450 volts. I was able to increase them to between .593 and .603 volts. Once this was complete I re-leveled the hotbed to be sure it was still level. I needed to make minor adjustments to get everything level. I attempt...

René
When I power off the printer the hot-end did not drop so I loosened the belt tension and tried to print. Again the belt skipped on the gear.
I am not sure where I would find the driver circuit potentiometer, nor do I know how to see the voltage reaching the stepper motors.

Re: Rostock 301 head drops to bed on emergency stop
Hello René, After 3 months of trying to print I have not been able to print anything with my 301. It took me about a month to get the hotbed level. I am very handy and have built everything from plastic models to bookcases to small buildings. For the last two months, the first few layers print corre...

Re: Rostock 301 head drops to bed on emergency stop
I have had my 301 completed for three months now and I have not been able to get a decent print out of it :( , but that is beside the point. I have the belt tension at a point where the head does not fall when the printer is powered off. Yet, the belts skip when the head is on motion. Do you think t...

Re: Get a rostock 301 to print something
raoulito9, I completed construction of my 301 a month ago and I have not been able to print anything. Once i found this blog I thought I was saved. After reading your steps I have three questions. 1. In step 1 you state "When assembling, verify the rods length mine where correct, exactly 200 mm." Ho...

Re: Rostock 301 Z Probe?
I would think Geeetech is working on added an auto-leveling probe to the Rostock 301. On the printer's main page, http://www.geeetech.com/geeetech-rostock-301-mix-color-3d-printer-p-1008.html, in the comments section, someone posted the question "Can you add auto-leveling feature to this printer?". ...
