Duplicator 5

100mm longer Z axis connection wire , or more clearance between build platform and back of printer . Longer bolts for build platform on the springs .
Better quality cooling fan to cool the control board , mine has to be replaced due to noisy bearing already .

what kind of wiring are you using ? If you are using that Dupont connector type of connector on the end that could be the problem as there not very secure and if one contact is bad it could cause intermittent contact problems .
