Here is my failed LCD panel

Printer Prusa I3 Pro. The display worked fine when the print started, and it was fine at the 8 hour mark The current print is a 22hour long print that I am currently 10 hours into. My Prusa I3 Pro has started to do this same thing. The display is all scrambled. Currently I am 10 hours into a 22hour print

wires lower than hot end

So the wires that go to the hot end hang down lower than the actual nozzle. With the current carriage there is no way to get them higher. Thusly they drag through my prints and mess them up. Any fix to this?
