I would suggest moving to better connectors for board and bed. I do a lot of ABS and have already burned board power connector. Bed connector is showing signs of overheating. my recommendation would be to move to screw style connector. I have all so measured bed mosFET reaching 93°C+ when heating bed.

Sorry to steal topic, you can move/delete post once noted. but Pic no.005 (spider/probe) clearly shows another problem. Loose rod end holders (connection between spider and rods). When designing part one thing was forgotten. Other side of bearings all-so has to be supported. Quick fix for production line would be to include plastic or metal washer that has to be inserted between bearings while assembling pulley. i suggest creation of sticky topic for each device you support, something like "delta G2S guide" and first post should be constantly edited with latest links for firmware, parts, mods,... post below are used for general discussion if things work or not. Cellphone community has this nicely developed....
