Hi,
There is actually a pretty good youtube video about how to adjust the current for drv8825 drivers.

They go slowly step by step, I like that

Re: Actual maximum print size?
Hi, I had a similar problem, I'm not sure it's the same one though. My print-surface was also smaller than advertised, the issue was the washers used to keep the rods in place. They impede full movements. Video to show the problem: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=D27D44560BF591CC!19046&authkey...

Re: Auto-leveling problem
I think I'll post my solution to this problem, so others can see. I solved the issue of the hot-end hitting the print bed after homing. In the firmware you have change the total print height, mine was set to 214, but in reality was 180-ish. The problem arise because once auto-leveling is complete th...

Skew prints on print bed
Hi, I have a Rostock Mini G2s, when I print I've noticed my prints are somewhat skewed. I've made a small illustration to show the situation: skev3Dprint.gif The lightblue is the print on the printed bed. The gray is printbed, darkblue are the towers X/Y/Z and the Red line is a straight line to see ...

Re: For people who wants STL files of parts
Hi, I bought the Rostock mini G2s, could I get the STL files for the printed parts? I need to print out the whole extruder holder section because I cracked it. I would like to print out some spare before it breaks apart totally :O If it is not much trouble I would like to have a spare of all the pri...

Re: Auto-leveling problem
Hi, thanks I got the firmware, I did as you said. I lower the number, 0.6 to 0.5, 0.4, 0.3 and so on. All it does is making the "probing" area smaller but at the end of probing it still SLIDES down very hard on the bed-surface just like the video from earlier. So changing 0.6 to something lower did ...

Re: Auto-leveling problem
How?
I don't have the firmware for my printer.
It's a Rostock mini G2s with a GT2560 board.

Auto-leveling problem
Hi, I'll post a video: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=D27D44560BF591CC!19055&authkey=!AOZ1u3DYayDra2A&ithint=video%2cmp4 I don't understand why this is happening, at the end of the video the head just slides and hits hard on the corner. I have to abort fast to not inflict more damage. At firs...
