Re: Driver Potentiometer and Torque

Yes, I was wondering how. Does turning the knob clockwise or counterclockwise bring the voltage up or down? And by how much? Thanks!

Driver Potentiometer and Torque

Hi,

I've read that one can change the torque to the stepper motors by adjusting the potentiometer on the driver board. I was wondering if this was true, and if so, how to do it.

I was shown this picture of it. Thank you!

Re: GT2560 Heater Power Output

Also, it's a constant 12V output, but what about the current output? How many amps when it's not heating, when it's heating, and when it's maintaining the heatbed temperature?

Thanks!

Re: GT2560 Heater Power Output

Do we turn it clockwise or counterclockwise? And how do we tell that the voltage has changed?

Thanks

GT2560 Heater Power Output

Hi, I wanted to know the voltage and current output of the extruder heaters and print bed heater on the GT2560 board. I wanted to know the voltage and current outputs when it is heating and when it is maintaining temperature. Also, am I correct in assuming that the power output is naturally zero vol...

Re: LCD high Pitched Sount

I changed the z axis rods and the extruder moves seamlessly in all directions now. However, the heating bed does not heat past 74C and so the ABS is not adhering to the heating bed. I have also tried putting masking tape on the heating bed and that doesn't help. Another issue I'm having is that the ...

Re: LCD high Pitched Sount

I'll keep trying. I'll see if buying replacement threaded rods will help. How high above the print bed should the extruder be? At the moment I set it up to almost be touching the print bed, and since the extruder can't move up, the ABS blobs around the extruder

Re: LCD high Pitched Sount

I got the Z motors to work. There was an extra wide part in the threaded rods that the ball screws couldn't get over. I rolled it above that and it rolls ok now. This is still a problem though. Now also the Y axis is having problems as well. It doesn't move forward very well. It moves back just fine...

Re: LCD high Pitched Sount

I tried again today, upped the voltage of the Z motors and thoroughly lubricated them. They still don't do anything but I can hear the motors trying to turn.

Re: LCD high Pitched Sount

Hi, I replied last week but for whatever reason the forum moderators didn't let it through. So I'll try to retype what I wrote. 1. The LCD screen can't see the STL files I put on the SD card. In fact it can't see anything aside from folders. I double checked and the cords are in the right ports. Do ...
