I designed a mount part for dual extruder sagging. I am using it for a few months. There is no problem it is very sound. You can download it:

this is very big problem for pla. i had same problem i fixed it now. the geeetechs mk8 nozzle is very bad. change the nozzle with jhead. you need good cooling. other solution is, work with abs.

you aren't good helper. i changed the 5a fuse, all functions are working except fans. no volts on fan outputs. i think a capacitor may burst. but i couldn't find yet. do you have an idea?

i changed the power supply. i put 12 v 30 a power supply. the problem fixed. after that i took off extruder and cleared. i hanged it again i started the printer. when the extruder were warming up, i saw white smoke both of extruders. then gt2560 gone at this time. lcd and fans doesn't work. the gree...

sorry. i understood the problem wrong. i have the same problem extruder sagging. i think this problems reason is slicer settings. because only some layers has this problem. when i slice with cura, the problems decreased but still continue. the extruder is bad, i bought another extruder from lulzbot ...

the acrylic plate of y axis doesn't have same size at all corners. i think your bed leveling is not good.

i had got same problem. i solved it. one of the nozzle was higher than the other about 0.8 mm. But the measuring, you have to buy a caliper. if you completed the assemble, changing nozzle is very difficult. i tooked off all of extruder parts and changed it. despite this i might damaged the nozzle.
